Terms and Conditions

  1. Intensive lessons deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind once paid as we need to source an instructor who will be out of their busy schedule for these lessons cancelling their normal daily diary. When full payment is made and if you wish to cancel the intensive course after starting it then you will lose all your remaining balance unless you have a valid reason for leaving the course. In that case, a 20% deduction to cover company costs will only be deducted and the remaining will be refunded. However, if you feel the intensive is not for you then at yours and your instructor’s discretion you could arrange another plan that will suit you.
  2. Intensive lessons may carry out breaks for the safety of yourself and your instructor. You can negotiate this with your instructor when you meet.
  3. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel or re-arrange any lessons once you’ve confirmed your lesson timings and a full charge will take place. If any lessons are booked less than 48 hours and then cancelled after you confirmed, again this will be chargeable if your instructor wishes to do so.
  4. The guaranteed pass package is effective if you listen and do all the prep work your instructor will give or tell you.
  5. Any normal packages are non-refundable and should be taken within 6 months. After which they will expire. This will start from the 1st lesson. Any long-term illnesses and injuries will be taken into account.
  6. Drive Maters reserve the right to use photographs taken in conjunction driving test passes or photographs taken during promotional events for promotional purposes. In agreeing to the taking of your photograph you give your consent for Drive Masters to use these images.
  7. The driving test lesson is 3 hours. This consists of pick up from an agreed location, warm up lesson, Mock test if you wish to take one before your test, disinfecting/cleaning the vehicle immediately before the test, Actual test with the examiner and drop off at an agreed location after the test.
